The phrase "alternative in between" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used when discussing options that exist between two extremes, but it is better to clarify the context.
Example: "We need to find an alternative in between the two proposed solutions that satisfies both parties."
Alternatives: "middle option" or "intermediate choice".
