The phrase "alternate clockwise" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when describing a pattern or sequence of movement that changes direction in a clockwise manner.
Example: "To create the design, alternate clockwise with each layer of color."
Alternatives: "rotate clockwise" or "turn in a clockwise direction."
