The phrase "altered clock" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a clock that has been changed or modified in some way, such as its time settings or physical appearance.
Example: "The altered clock on the wall showed a different time than the rest of the clocks in the house."
Alternatives: "modified clock" or "adjusted clock".
