The few approaches that return probabilities of alteration either do not use distance between probes, or fix the number of possible states of alteration to three or four, a biologically unrealistic assumption.
Especially in consideration of the finding that alterations of cognitive status apply to a certain assembly of persons merely [18], [21], it needs to be clarified which peri -or postinterventional conditions are reliably associated with cognitive alterations to one or the other direction.
The p53/p16 index was closest to the significance level, with concurrent alteration to the two markers associated with relative risk of 6.44 (CI 0.71 58.85).
