The phrase "alter noticeably" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when describing a change that is significant enough to be easily perceived or recognized.
Example: "The new policy will alter noticeably the way we conduct our meetings, making them more efficient."
Alternatives: "change significantly" or "modify visibly".
