The phrase "also lower levels of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a comparison or relationship between different levels of something, often in a scientific or analytical context.
Example: "The study found that participants exhibited not only higher levels of stress but also lower levels of satisfaction."
Alternatives: "as well as reduced levels of" or "in addition to diminished levels of".
