The phrase "also if only" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to express a desire for something to be true in addition to another condition, but it is not commonly used.
Example: "I would be happy, also if only I could find a job that I love."
Alternatives: "even if" or "if only".
