The phrase "also have a viable" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the existence of a feasible option or solution in addition to others.
Example: "In addition to our current strategies, we also have a viable plan to increase our market share."
Alternatives: "also possess a feasible" or "additionally have a workable".
