The phrase "also found a slightly" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when you want to indicate that something was discovered in addition to other findings, with a slight degree of difference or variation.
Example: "In the study, we also found a slightly different result compared to previous research."
Alternatives: "also discovered a minor" or "additionally identified a slight".
