The phrase "also after the first" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to indicate that something occurs in addition to or following the initial instance of something.
Example: "We will be holding meetings every week, and also after the first, we will have a feedback session."
Alternatives: "in addition to the first" or "following the first".
