The phrase "already doing as" is not correct and may lead to confusion in written English.
It could be used in contexts where you want to indicate that someone is currently performing an action in accordance with something, but it lacks clarity.
Example: "They are already doing as instructed, so we can proceed with the next steps."
Alternatives: "already acting as" or "already following as".
