The phrase "already at last" is not correct and does not make sense in written English.
It seems to combine two contradictory ideas, as "already" implies something has happened sooner than expected, while "at last" suggests a delay or something happening after a long wait.
Example: "I thought I would never finish this project, but I have already at last completed it." (This example is awkward and unclear.)
Alternatives: "finally" or "at long last."
