The phrase "alongside said" is not standard in written English and may be confusing.
It could be used in contexts where you want to indicate that something is happening in conjunction with something previously mentioned.
Example: "The report was submitted alongside said recommendations for further review."
Alternatives: "together with the aforementioned" or "in addition to the stated."
