The phrase "along the same lien" is not correct in English.
Did you mean "along the same line"? If this is the case, you can use it to indicate that something is similar or related to what has been previously mentioned.
Example: "The new policy is along the same line as our previous initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction."
Alternatives: "in the same vein" or "similarly".
