The phrase "almost significantly with" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts where you want to express a degree of significance that is close to being notable but not quite there.
Example: "The results of the study showed an almost significantly with respect to the impact of the new policy on employee productivity."
Alternatives: "nearly significant in" or "marginally significant with".
In contrast, the finding of a single, mobile tumor mass confined to the breast gland, irrespective of size, was associated almost significantly with the absence of invaded nodes (Table 2).
