The phrase "almost significant correlation" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in statistical analysis or research contexts to describe a correlation that is close to being statistically significant but does not quite reach that threshold.
Example: "The study found an almost significant correlation between exercise frequency and improved mental health, with a p-value of 0.06."
Alternatives: "nearly significant correlation" or "borderline significant correlation."
