The phrase "almost more likely" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It can be used when trying to express a comparison of likelihood, but it is better to clarify the intended meaning.
Example: "It seems almost more likely that the event will be canceled due to the weather."
Alternatives: "nearly more probable" or "almost certainly more likely."
