The phrase "allows for everybody" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing policies, systems, or situations that are inclusive or accessible to all individuals.
Example: "The new policy allows for everybody to participate in the program, regardless of their background."
Alternatives: "is inclusive of everyone" or "accommodates all individuals".
But as much as I find that sort of speech disgusting, I'd rather live in a country that allows for it and for everybody to see what a small minority that group represents, than to live in a country that would hinder that kind of speech.
