The phrase "allows for a nice" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when describing a situation or condition that creates a pleasant or favorable outcome.
Example: "The spacious layout of the room allows for a nice flow of natural light throughout the day."
Alternatives: "provides a pleasant" or "creates a favorable".
It also allows for a nice slant on the absurdity of it all.
