We used the plant genome duplication database (PGDD, available at http://chibba.agtec.uga.edu/duplication/) to retrieve the duplicate chromosomal blocks and then identify the bHLH genes in the duplication block which allowed us to identify duplicate tomato bHLH genes [ 45].
