The phrase "allow us to respond" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when you want to indicate that you are giving permission or an opportunity for a reply or reaction to a previous statement or question.
Example: "Thank you for your inquiry; please allow us to respond with the necessary information."
Alternatives: "let us reply" or "permit us to answer".
