The phrase "allow to be disabled" is not correct as it lacks a subject and an object, making it incomplete in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you want to express permission for something to be turned off or deactivated, but it needs to be part of a complete sentence.
Example: "The system will allow the feature to be disabled if the user requests it."
Alternatives: "permit to be turned off" or "enable to be deactivated."
