The phrase "allocation did not differ" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are comparing different groups or conditions and want to indicate that the distribution or assignment of resources remained the same across those groups.
Example: "In the study, we found that the allocation did not differ between the experimental and control groups, suggesting that the treatment had no impact on resource distribution."
Alternatives: "allocation remained consistent" or "allocation was unchanged."
