The excellent electrochemical property could be attributed to high electric conduction and unique carbon nanolayer in the shell, which could alleviate the structural strain, and form a stable SEI film on the surface of composites.
Further, a composite of graphene aerogel is prepared with Sb4O5Cl2 microstructures, which are uniformly anchored on the graphene aerogel matrix (Sb4O5Cl2-GA), resulting in interconnected networks which facilitate better charge transfer and effective buffering to alleviate the structural variation of Sb4O5Cl2 during cycling.
The developed ZnO@CF structure can not only improve electronic conductivity, but also alleviates the structural strain associated with repeating Li+ insertion/extraction processes so as to maintain structural stability.
