Adequate internal consistencies were achieved for the behaviour intention, attitude and subjective norm constructs for all three behaviours, while the perceived behavioural control construct did not reach adequate internal consistency as a four-item scale for any of the behaviour sections (Table 1).
Family membership had pervasive effects on all three behaviours and on their ontogenetic trajectories, suggesting strong genetic or maternal components to behavioural variation.
We therefore targeted all three behaviours together – referring to them as 'disclosure of dementia'.
The total number of adherent lymphocytes (i.e. all three behaviours) was averaged per field and expressed/mm/10 cells perfused 46.
Secondly, incorporating similar types of methods across all three behaviours would result in a lengthy and repetitive instrument.
A key finding was the stronger zinc-induced activity reduction for all three behaviours in Swedish larvae compared with French larvae when tested at 24°C.
[Interview 052] Whilst this desire and attempt to achieve balance prevailed across many of the young adults, it did not go as far as including all three behaviours.
Where research does focus on the interplay between all three behaviours, it does not explore this issue with a UK-based sample of young adults [ 40– 40].
Overall, French larvae were more mobile and foraged more actively than Swedish larvae, and all three behaviours occurred more frequently at 24°C than at 20°C (main effects Latitude and Temperature, Table 1, Fig. 1).
What became apparent from the interview data was that few of the young adults reported meeting food, alcohol and physical activity recommendations for all three behaviours (this was underpinned by analysis of their diary data; see Giles, 2010) [ 13, 14, 16, 59].
