Different colours are used to indicate the agreement between the three annotation methods, where yellow indicates that the enzyme was annotated by all three annotation sources; red, by any two annotations; blue, by KEGG only; purple, by PRIAM only; and green, by the original annotators only.
Although functions of many of the proteins remain unassignable (3740) by available annotation methods, there were 2035 proteins from all three species annotated with 1439 unique IPR domains.
Importantly, the probe set 216511_s_at for TCF7L2 was found to map downstream of all three transcripts annotated for TCF7L2.
