Among the revelations: all the comptroller candidates have gambled at a casino; all but one, Ms. Katz, have bounced a check; and Mr. Yassky is apparently the biggest fan of Beyoncé among them.
All told, the comptroller's report highlights $618 million in risks in Mayor Bloomberg's plan to close a $3.8 billion budget gap in the fiscal year beginning July 1.
