The phrase "all scriptures" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to the entirety of religious texts or writings considered sacred in a particular faith or tradition.
Example: "Many believers turn to all scriptures for guidance in their spiritual journey."
Alternatives: "all sacred texts" or "the entirety of scriptures".
