The dose-adjusted CHOP regimen consists of cyclophosphamide (1 2 g/m per day), vincristine (1.4 mg/m per day, maximum 2 mg), and doxorubicin (50 mg/m per day) or epirubicin (75 mg/m per day) all on day 1 and prednisone (100 mg/day) on days 1 5.
In linear SVR, 15 features were selected: weight, age, days since transplantation, Hct, UR, ALKPHOS, ALT, total bilirubin, GGT (all on day 0), LDH on day 1, UR on day 1, morning doses of tacrolimus on day 2 and day 3, evening dose of tacrolimus on day 1, and the tacrolimus concentration on day 1.
Rats were longitudinally studied during 3 weeks using the following timeframe: start of rhEPO administration (day 1); first DCE-MRI, oxygenation and flow measurement (day 8); fractionated RT 5×× 5 Gy (day 13 17); second DCE-MRI, oxygenation and flow measurement, and killing by anaesthesia overdose and excision of tumours for histology (all on day 22).
For MLR, 16 variables were retained: gender, weight, age, Hct, LDH, UR, ALKPHOS, GGT, CR (all on day 0), AST on day 1, ALT on day 1, morning and evening doses of tacrolimus on day 1, evening dose of tacrolimus on day 2, and the morning dose of tacrolimus on day 3. Gender, weight, and age were included because of their clinical relevancy.
If you try it all on day one, and end up feeling sick and losing your appetite, it's your own silly fault.
Interestingly, there were fewer DEG at 110 vs. 100 days, which corresponds to the lack of change in tissue DNA content between both times, and potentially with the fact that the GO term 'chromatin-mediated maintenance of transcription' was markedly inhibited between 100 to 110 vs. 80 days and was not impacted at all on day 110 vs. 100.
