The phrase "all of us recognize" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when expressing a shared understanding or acknowledgment among a group of people.
Example: "In this discussion, all of us recognize the importance of teamwork in achieving our goals."
Alternatives: "we all acknowledge" or "everyone understands".
Yet all of us recognize courage when we see it.
