The phrase "all of school" is not standard in written English and may sound awkward.
It can be used informally to refer to the entirety of one's school experience or education, but it is better to use more precise language.
Example: "I enjoyed all of school, from kindergarten to high school graduation."
Alternatives: "all of my education" or "my entire schooling".
