The phrase "all entertaining" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe something that is enjoyable or amusing in its entirety.

Alternatives: "entirely enjoyable" or "completely amusing".
But the evening is more fun than both - accessible, unpretentious, raucous and, above all, entertaining.
