The phrase "all I realised" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when expressing a personal understanding or acknowledgment of a situation or fact.
Example: "After reflecting on the events of the day, all I realised was that I needed to make some changes in my life."
Alternatives: "all I understood" or "all I came to know".
Yet, this, from Sir Paul McCartney, should serve as a poignant reminder, that the natural urge for self preservation is inherent within us all: "I realised, I am killing him- all for the passing pleasure it brings me.
