Lead poisoning occurs as a result of ingestion or inhalation of inorganic lead particles or through transdermal absorption of organic alkyl lead [ 2, 5].
The methyl at R could be replaced by a small alkyl group; however, replacement with larger alkyl groups led to a decrease in activity.
