The phrase "alignment report" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are discussing a document or analysis that assesses the alignment of certain elements, such as goals, strategies, or processes.
Example: "The team submitted the alignment report to ensure that all departments are on the same page regarding the project objectives."
Alternatives: "congruence report" or "consistency report".
In addition, Figure 8 shows the alignment report from the Rd.HMM search for the models T0315TS556_1 and T0315AL316_1 corresponding to data in Table 5 with a high score and low score, respectively.
