The phrase "alignment rates" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are discussing the degree to which different elements or factors are aligned, often in fields like education, business, or data analysis.
Example: "The alignment rates between the curriculum standards and the assessment methods were evaluated to ensure consistency in student learning outcomes."
Alternatives: "congruence rates" or "correlation rates".
The libraries were aligned with the mango transcriptome at alignment rates (mapped reads/total reads) of 90.84, 90.02, 89.48, 89.77, 90.70, 90.11, 90.25 and 90.35% for samples 1 to 8, respectively.
