The alignment of the deduced amino acids of the ON1 HVR2 sequences available in GenBank revealed that amino acid substitutions have occurred in the duplicated segment.
Structurally related proteins were identified by searches against known structures in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) [ 70], and for sequence-to-structure alignment of the deduced aMBF1 METASERVER was used [ 56].
Multiple nucleotide sequence alignment and the alignment of the deduced amino acids of all of the gene segments were conducted by using ClustalW in BioEdit 7.09.0 (www.mbio.ncsu.edu/bioedit/bioedit.html).html
Multiple sequence alignment of the deduced amino acid sequences of all GmCYP proteins were aligned by Clustal X and the alignment was imported into MEGA5.1 to create a phylogenetic tree [ 51].
