The phrase "alignment is better" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when comparing the effectiveness or suitability of different alignments in a specific context, such as in design, strategy, or teamwork.
Example: "In this project, we found that alignment is better when all team members are on the same page regarding their roles and responsibilities."
Alternatives: "alignment is preferable" or "alignment is more effective."
In such strategy, the alignment is better than the previous one, and the surgeon should choose intra-medullary nail or locking plate to fix the osteotomized bone.
