Highlight text and you can change the alignment, style, font and customize the color with a few taps.
Both charts show the residue identity (as a decimal value 0-1; blineslines) and synonymous nucleotide rate (Sd) per codon (grey lines) that correspond to each numbered amino acid/ codon position (x-axis) in the overall NarJ subfamily alignment (in black font) or to the specified E. coli subfamily member (in grey font).
