The phrase "alignment familiar" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to describe a situation where someone is familiar with a certain alignment, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "The team discussed the project, but the alignment familiar to them was not applicable in this case."
Alternatives: "familiar alignment" or "alignment known".
