Jalview [ 48] provides a platform for handling alignments, colour-coding by amino acid similarity and provides web services to remotely interface with alignment software such as Clustal Omega [ 49] and secondary structure prediction tools such as JPred [ 50].
However, the European Council is composed to represent the EU's states rather than political parties and decisions are generally made on these lines, though ideological alignment can colour their political agreements and their choice of appointments (such as their president).
As well as alignment editing, colouring and generation of figures as postscript or HTML, it included methods for alignment conservation analysis, phylogenetic tree construction and a simple linked view of 3D structure that could colour residues in the same way as the alignment.
It permits visualization of this information in three complementary ways: by colour-coding alignment positions, by sequence logos and optionally by colour-coding the residues of a protein structure provided by the user.
We visualize the predicted membrane insertion of the input protein using (i) a colour-annotated sequence alignment and/or (ii) a coloured 3D structure as shown in Figure 1.
Sequence regions and groups, colouring and alignment annotation are recorded in Jalview annotation files, whereas Jalview feature files are used to exchange sequence feature annotation.
The alignment is represented in five default colour schemes based on: residue type, position conservation, position reliability, residue hydrophobicity and secondary structure; depending on the options set.

Depending on ocular alignment, the (expected) refractive error and iris colour, cyclopentolate will be applied once, twice or three times.
The chief advantage of this procedure is that the algorithm only requires the feature information from the sharp, full colour stereo images for the alignment.
