To find 10,000 aligned medical words of 91,000 aligned words in total is a much lower ratio than in the present work.
During the categorization step in IView we found some cases that seemed to be correctly aligned according to how the rest of the rubrics were aligned, but the aligned words themselves were not equivalent in the two languages.
The motif comparison is performed by comparing matrices [ 32], which supports various scoring metrics and shows the results as the logo of aligned words, in order to grasp the similarities between a predicted motif and the known motifs.
