The phrase "aligned points" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are discussing points that are in agreement or have been arranged in a specific order or alignment.
Example: "In our discussion, we focused on the aligned points that both parties could agree upon to move forward with the project."
Alternatives: "coordinated points" or "congruent points".
