Aims: Assessment of pain in preterm and term neonates with or without ventilation on continuous positive airway pressure using the Bernese Pain-Scale for Neonates (BPSN).
All students were provided with a course handbook that described: the course aims, assessment criteria, evaluation sheets, and a summary for each session containing a brief introduction to the area for study, a series of tasks and a list of key references.
