The phrase "agrees to the interpretation of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing consensus or acceptance of a particular understanding or explanation of something.
Example: "The committee agrees to the interpretation of the new policy as outlined in the report."
Alternatives: "consents to the understanding of" or "accepts the explanation of".
