The phrase "agreement with the patterns" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing conformity or alignment with established norms, trends, or models.
Example: "The research findings show a strong agreement with the patterns observed in previous studies."
Alternatives: "alignment with the patterns" or "conformity to the patterns".
The geomorphometric index shows general agreement with the patterns in landscape connectivity observed through imagery and field investigations.
