The phrase "agree with the view of" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when expressing concurrence with someone's opinion or perspective on a particular topic.
Example: "In my research, I found that many experts agree with the view of the importance of early childhood education."
Alternatives: "concur with the perspective of" or "align with the opinion of".
Neither can I agree with the view of a local councillor in the borough of Barnet that he was "a true tzaddik [righteous person] in every sense".
