The phrase "agree with the example" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when expressing your concurrence or alignment with a specific example provided in a discussion or text.
Example: "After reviewing the data, I can confidently say that I agree with the example presented in the report."
Alternatives: "concur with the example" or "align with the example."
However, other readers (usually in the guise of dissenters) end up agreeing with the example.
