The phrase "ago fixed" is not correct and does not make sense in written English.
It seems to be a combination of two separate concepts, "ago" indicating a time in the past and "fixed" which typically refers to something that is secured or established.
Example: "The issue was fixed a week ago."
Alternatives: "previously resolved" or "corrected earlier."
