The phrase "aggressive incident" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an event or occurrence that involves aggressive behavior or actions, often in contexts related to conflict, violence, or hostility.
Example: "The report detailed an aggressive incident that took place during the protest, leading to several injuries."
Alternatives: "hostile event" or "violent occurrence".
